Timms Coffee House is a grade 2 listed building housing a pub and bed and breakfast. We have 5 very large en-suite rooms, a bar, dining area and games room.
The Cleveland area offers activities for both the young and old! Our B&B is only 150 yards from the beach and part of the Cleveland Way.
The area is perfect for horse riding, walking, cycling, rambling and more. We are also close to Britain's only active mining museum.
